Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Casual Educator. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in supporting the education program and providing flexible support where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs
  • Supervise and engage with children at all times, promoting a safe and nurturing environment
  • Maintain strong relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Adhere to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing continuous improvement and reflective practice

Requirements:

  • Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification or higher
  • Be willing to work collaboratively across multiple services
