Senior Financial Analysis Position

We are seeking a commercially sharp financial analyst to support the execution of significant deals across aged care facilities, retirement villages and related property assets.
- Responsibilities:
- Analyse and model financials of Aged Care & Retirement Living portfolios
- Provide pricing insights and attend client meetings
- Prepare marketing reports and investor-grade information memorandums
- Coordinate due diligence through virtual data rooms
- Conduct site inspections and assist in portfolio valuations
- Maintain CRM and internal sales databases
- 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting or corporate finance
- Strong financial literacy (balance sheets, modelling, reporting)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and data platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Interest or experience in M&A, transactions or sales advisory
- A team mindset & collaboration
