We are seeking a qualified Educator to lead the development and implementation of education programs for children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting children's well-being, development, and learning. This includes helping children develop values, attitudes, and ways of living and learning.

The role involves providing high-quality care, activities, and educational elements to those in the program, managing and promoting a team environment, and working within our philosophy, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education programs that meet the needs of children
  • Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and all internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentor and support educators understanding of education programs and practice
  • Ensure compliance with policy and procedures
  • Undertake administrative requirements
Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent and demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Possess a comprehensive working knowledge of approved learning frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
