Job Description

We are seeking a People Services Coordinator to join our team at Ventia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and internal movements to generating contracts and ensuring compliance.

  • Support the employee life cycle and onboarding of new employees across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Assist with general People and Capability projects and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in customer service hotlines on a rotating roster, providing timely and supportive assistance to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure they are compliant with existing employee data management procedures.
