Regional Sales Leader APAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically-minded executive sales leader to drive sales and expand our customer base across the entire APJ region. This role is critical to Canva's growth, driving expansion across one of our most diverse and high-potential regions.

About the Team

The APJ Sales team plays a critical role in Canva's growth, responsible for developing GTM strategies, scaling pipeline generation, and ensuring strong enterprise adoption across Japan, Korea, India, SEA, and ANZ.

Responsibilities
  • Developing go-to-market strategies for high-growth markets like SEA, India, and Japan.
  • Implementing operational rigor in forecasting, pipeline execution, and sales discipline, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • A wealth of leadership experience in sales, go-to-market, or revenue growth roles within a high-growth SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • A proven track record in building and scaling sales teams, managing SMB to Enterprise customer segments.
  • Strong understanding of APJ markets, including pricing models, cultural nuances, and regional GTM strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
