We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Allied Health Assistant to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services to our clients in Residential Aged Care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in delivering clinical services to clients.
  • Service RAC clients in accordance with treatment plans.
  • Transport residents to and from therapy sessions.
  • Set up and pack away therapy equipment.
  • Collect referrals and perform administrative tasks.
  • Order prescribed equipment.
  • Run exercise groups and programs.
  • Support initiatives to meet client and contract expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum Cert III Allied Health Assistant or equivalent.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check.
  • Healthcare knowledge.
  • Ability to independently deliver treatment plans.
  • Strong time management and accountability skills.
  • Clinical knowledge and communication skills.
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
