- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide effective and supportive services to clients
- Develop and implement therapy plans to achieve billable targets
- Provide high-quality therapy services to clients, demonstrating genuine interpersonal skills
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision
