Assistant Educator Role

The Assistant Educator role is a key position in our before and after school care team, providing a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children during designated hours.

This includes assisting with daily activities, supervising and supporting children, preparing healthy food options, and building meaningful relationships with colleagues and the school community.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A caring and engaging personality
  • A strong focus on child safety and appreciation for mandatory reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A Certificate III or higher in Children's Services (or studying towards) or equivalent which can be recognised for children's services
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday
