We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines.
This position requires someone who is skilled in building data warehouses according to industry standards and has experience with large-scale data queries.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have expertise in ETL frameworks and tools, as well as hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms like Snowflake.
Working closely with analysts and BI developers, they will be responsible for transforming raw data into high-quality insights that drive business decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
- Design and optimize data models using industry-standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Support and maintain cloud data warehouse infrastructure.
- Partner with analysts to enable robust Power BI reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across all stages of the pipeline.
To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of data modelling and performance optimisation, as well as experience working with data visualisation and advanced BI modelling.
