Support Home Care Professionals

IRT is seeking kind-hearted individuals to provide support to customers in their own homes. As a home care professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our customers by delivering personalized care that promotes independence and engagement in preferred activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and showering services
  • Cook and prepare meals
  • Transport customers to appointments and social engagements
  • Offer companionship and support

Requirements:

  • Full driver's license and access to a fully insured vehicle
  • Relevant certificate or diploma in individual support or equivalent
  • At least 500 hours of experience in home care or aged care
  • Accredited medication competency certificate
  • Current first aid certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
