About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Nurse to join our 2024 Mental Health Graduate Program on a 12-month, fixed-term basis. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What We Offer- A competitive salary estimated at around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on relevant Agreements and Awards.

As a Graduate Nurse in our Mental Health Team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and supportive treatment environment.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Participating in ongoing professional development and education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
