Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to meet business needs and attract top talent in ANZ
- Partner with hiring managers to manage recruitment for senior hires and develop a national or international recruitment strategy
- Provide a premium recruitment experience for hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates
- Own recruitment training and branding initiatives for ANZ
- Work to improve existing recruitment processes across ANZ, developing new and innovative strategies for sourcing future talent
- Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a regional or multi-location role
- Experience leading a recruitment team, ideally within a remote, multi-location or hybrid work environment
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and comfortable navigating organisational dynamics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Experience or desire to leverage existing and emerging technologies to drive recruitment efforts
- Comfortable working autonomously and confident making decisions without manager oversight
