The Opportunity

As an Investment Counsellor at Fisher Investments Australasia, you will be the voice of our firm, partnering with internal portfolio decision-makers, research teams, client service associates, and sales teams to deliver exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients.

We are committed to being a fee-only fiduciary firm, aligning our compensation structure with our clients' best interests without relying on commissions. Our unique training program offers an elevated finance and capital markets education to help you understand our firm's approach.

You will report to your group manager, who will provide personalized career development and support in navigating client relationships.

The Day-to-Day

As an Investment Counsellor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building trusting relationships with our clients
  • Educating clients on our top-down portfolio strategy, their investments, and important market events
  • Proactively connecting with clients on a quarterly basis to review their asset allocation and ensure we're on the right track toward their long-term financial goals
  • Relying on our sales team to gradually build your roster of high-net-worth clients
