About the Role

This position will involve coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals, providing exceptional customer service with tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key stakeholders.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
  • Providing high-level customer service with tight turnaround times
  • Assisting in overall account management and debtor management
  • Seeking opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies
  • Gathering relevant client information and identifying key issues to provide assistance to brokers
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures
Requirements

To be considered, candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry. Additionally, they should possess strong organisational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client service excellence.
