Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and passionate professionals to join our vibrant library network in Shellharbour City. As a key member of our team, you will promote library resources, programs, and technology to enhance the customer experience.

About Us:

Your Role:

  • You will work in various branch locations, promoting library services and resources to the community.
  • You will assist with programming and events, ensuring an engaging experience for customers.
  • You will provide excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A current Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the relevant legislation.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • An understanding of library systems and technology, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • An excellent communication and interpersonal skillset, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
