About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Oracle Developer to lead our development efforts on the Oracle E-Business suite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing development, partnering with business stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead development efforts for major projects and enhancements, leveraging your expertise in PL/SQL, forms development, and Java customizations.
  2. Collaborate with business analysts to prioritize deliverables and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  3. Implement and maintain development and documentation standards, promoting code quality and security.
  4. Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and security requirements.
  5. Identify opportunities for user experience and performance improvements, working with analysts and business stakeholders to implement solutions.
  6. Deliver development tasks, overseeing contract development work both on and offshore.
  7. Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as needed.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required.
  2. 8+ years of Oracle E-Business development experience, preferably with Oracle Cloud experience.
  3. Proficient in PL/SQL, forms, and Java development.
  4. Experience with code optimization and performance tuning.
  5. Understanding of functional business processes is a plus.
  6. Experience with data conversion, integrations, upgrades, and reporting.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet changing timelines.
  8. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology is a plus.
  9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
