About the RoleThe Front Desk Professional will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and presentable welcome area and desk
- Coordinate catering for meetings and events
- Manage office supplies and kitchen essentials
- Order common use items for the site
- Assist with administration and facilities duties
- Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase requests, and invoice receipting
Requirements:
- Customer service focus with ability to communicate at all levels
- Experience in customer service and/or front of house/client facing in a professional/corporate environment
- Exposure in facilities management
- Excellent time management and organization skills
