Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our specialist Wealth division.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for working alongside Financial Advisors to deliver financial products and services. You will utilise advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone call, showcasing your ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions on behalf of our clients.

  • Communicate with Financial Advisors to assist with delivery of financial products and services
  • Utilise advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone call
  • Ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions on behalf of clients
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Liaise with support teams to enhance best practice guides
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience within wealth management, superannuation or related fields
  • Proven high level of accuracy and typing skills
  • Demonstrable critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve client issues
  • Excellent customer service skills
