Job Overview

The Water Reclamation Plant Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility, meeting environmental protection standards.

This role involves process monitoring, maintenance, and guiding junior staff, as well as supporting upgrades to improve plant performance.

To succeed in this position, you will need a Certificate IV in Water Industry Operations (Water / Wastewater), a current Class C driver's license, and certifications in First Aid and Confined Space Entry.

Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, including SCADA systems, chemical dosing, and EPA compliance, is essential.

A strong communicator with computer literacy and hands-on technical skills will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
