Our organisation is looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of After Hours Workforce Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our nursing team to provide a high-quality service to clients.

This includes ensuring that the clinical roster is consistently staffed, day-to-day communication with clients and the nursing team, and being the primary point of contact for rostering queries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

They will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include working from home full-time after two weeks of face-to-face training in our office, working a rotating 7-day roster between 7pm-7am weekdays and alternating weekend shifts, and being eligible for shift loadings and weekend penalty rates.
