
Donor and Surrogacy Care Specialist

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing quality nursing care for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of fertility treatments and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage quality nursing care for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes.
- Oversee surrogate cycles and communicate effectively with intending parents.
- Provide support and guidance to clinic nurses in the management of donor and recipient cycles.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified nurse registered with AHPRA.
- Understanding of RTAC Code of Practice and other ART and fertility legislations and guidelines.
- Fertility nurse experience, especially in donor and/or surrogacy services, is highly desirable.
