Fertility Nursing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage quality nursing care for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes.
- Oversee the management of surrogate cycles, support clinic staff, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements for all donor programs.
- Adhere to RTAC Code of Practice and other ART and fertility legislations and guidelines.
This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their treatment journey.
As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient experiences and outcomes.

Requirements:- Degree-qualified Nurse registered with AHPRA.
- Understanding of the RTAC Code of Practice and other ART and fertility legislations and guidelines.
- Fertility nurse experience (experience in donor and/or surrogacy services desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
