Job Title:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Part-Time Nursing Assistant to provide support and undertake delegated actions under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

  1. Fulfill the responsibilities of this role in accordance with relevant award and professional standards.
  2. Assist in the provision of nursing and midwifery team support and undertake delegated actions in line with decision making frameworks.
  3. Respond appropriately and report sudden alterations in the health status of consumers/persons to the Registered Nurse/Midwife.
  4. Function in accordance with legislation when undertaking activities as delegated to provide an environment and care that is safe and relevant for individuals and groups.
