Job Title: HSSE Advisor - Corporate
The HSSE Advisor - Corporate plays a critical role in providing reporting, analysis, and management support for the DP World Oceania cluster. As a key member of the HSSE team, you will be responsible for analyzing performance, supporting risk reduction projects, and overseeing the development and implementation of the HSSE Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSSE performance measurement and analysis tools.
- Provide administrative support for risk reduction projects and initiatives.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and revise the HSSE Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct training and induction programs for employees.
- Schedule and report on assurance activities to ensure the effectiveness of the HSSE Management System.
- Develop procedures and systems to improve current practices and enhance the overall HSSE performance.
- Participate in workplace inspections, HSE assessments, and audits as required.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environment (Degree/Diploma) or equivalent.
- Minimum two years' experience in a HSSE related role.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or heavy industrial environments.
- Experience in reporting and data analysis of health, safety, and environmental data.
- Knowledge of HSSE and statutory requirements.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, balancing resources, skills, priorities, and timescales to achieve objectives.
- A proactive approach to managing HSSE.
- Experience in integrated management systems and understanding of certification requirements.
