Hsse Advisor

**HSSE Advisor - Corporate**

The Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Advisor - Corporate is responsible for providing reporting, analysis, and management support for the DP World Oceania cluster. Reporting to the HSSE Manager - Advisory, you'll be responsible for analyzing performance, supporting risk reduction projects, and overseeing the HSSE Management System's development and implementation.

**Key Accountabilities**
- HSSE performance measurement and analysis.
- Risk reduction project and administration support.
- Development, implementation, monitoring and revision of the HSSE Management System.
- Coordinating and conducting training and induction programs.
- Scheduling and reporting of assurance activities.
- Development of procedures and systems to compliment and improve current practices. Participate in workplace inspections, HSE assessment sampling and Audits as required

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment (Degree/Diploma) or equivalent
- Minimum two years’ experience in a HSSE related role.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain operations or in heavy industrial environments.
- Experience in undertaking reporting and data analysis of health, safety and environmental data.
- Knowledge of HSSE and statutory requirements.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work, balancing resources, skills, priorities and timescales to achieve objectives.
- A proactive approach to managing HSSE. Experience in integrated management systems and understanding of certification requirements.
