Reablement Focused Physiotherapist

We're seeking a skilled physiotherapist to join our team in residential aged care. As a reablement focused practitioner, you'll play a key role in helping older people stay active and connected through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway.
- Deliver one-on-one reablement therapy and collaborate with care staff to develop resident-centred plans
- Contribute to clinical areas including mobility and functional assessments, restorative therapy, falls prevention, pressure care, pain management, and active ageing group programs
Our ideal candidate will be a qualified physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration, Australian working rights, and a willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
