Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Administration Assistant to join our Business Advisory division. This role requires providing vital administrative support to Partners and Managers, ensuring the team operates efficiently and clients receive an exceptional experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, assisting with client communications, and managing compliance and reporting processes. This is a dynamic position that will continue to evolve, offering the chance to take on additional responsibilities and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of Tax Packs, financial statements, and income tax returns
  • Manage diaries and coordinate meetings for senior staff
  • Be a key contact for clients regarding appointments, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Oversee the client onboarding process from start to finish
  • Draft and format reports, letters, and client correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
  • Support process improvements and internal projects as needed
  • Handle ATO communications, including correspondence and lodgement preparation
  • Provide a high standard of service to visiting clients and ensure a welcoming environment
Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in professional services (accounting or similar preferred)

Familiarity with practice management systems (an advantage)

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

Confidence working with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients

A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to problem-solve and take initiative

A professional, team-oriented approach with a friendly and positive attitude

Strong client focus and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
