Hotel Opportunity Overview

This is a supervisory position that oversees the hotel operations and guest experience. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard in the hotel and ensuring seamless interactions between guests and staff.

The role involves taking charge of hotel operations in the absence of senior management, leading by example to uphold exceptional service standards, and liaising with other departments to ensure operational harmony.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and monitoring credit policies, lost and found procedures, and guest property records
  • Following up on credit checks, revenue monitoring, and collaborating with finance on cash flow matters
  • Overseeing group reservations, rate policies, and ensuring pre-arrival coordination is completed
