Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Clinical Psychologist with Chaleen Botha Pty, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services, aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Registered with AHPRA (or due for registration in the next three months).
  • Overseas applicants are considered for the role, and on-the-job training is available to up-skill.
  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and a National Criminal Record Check clearance certificate; or the willingness to obtain these documents.
  • Eligibility for registration to provide services under Medicare.

Remuneration Package

As a general rule, Base Salary Rates for Employees range between $75,000 and $100,000 per annum, which is SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE Award. (If you choose to work as an Independent Contractor, then your earning potential will range from $120,000 to $140,000 per annum).

In addition to your Base Rate and other benefits already listed above, you will receive the following:

  • Superannuation of 10.5%.
  • Four Weeks Annual Leave (Full Time Equivalent).
  • Two Weeks Sick/Personal Leave (Full Time Equivalent).
  • All other Leave Entitlements as per the relevant National Law.
  • A Continuing Professional Development Budget.
  • An Electronic Device for keeping Client Notes.
