Job SummaryWe are seeking a Provisional or Registered Psychologist to join our Brisbane practice. In this role, you will encounter daily challenges and rewarding moments, directly influencing the lives of individuals in the community. Your focus will be on providing a clinical lens across assessments, therapy, and community-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Support Foster Care services, Clients funded under the NDIS, Home Care clients, Employee Assistant Programs (EAP), and external clients of Challenge Community Services.
- Provide a clinical lens across assessments, therapy, and community-based interventions.
- Collaborate closely with Foster Care services and NDIS-funded clients.
- Provisional or Registered Psychologist with a passion for working with children, young people, or adults with disabilities and complex behavioral needs.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express ideas clearly and logically.
- Experience with assessments is highly desirable.
- Current NSW driver's license, COVID-19 vaccinations, and necessary background checks.
- Familiarity with Family Systems Therapy and strong group facilitation or training skills.
- Generous pay rates based on skills and experience.
- Salary Packaging Options and Entertainment/Meal Card (if eligible).
- Fully serviced vehicle available where you pay a contribution or access to a pool vehicle (if you work Full Time).
