A renowned transport program is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join their NSW team. This role offers unparalleled exposure to complex, high-value delivery and provides opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer subcontractor and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance and value
  • Support the preparation of variations, payment claims, and contract correspondence
  • Assist in commercial performance tracking and reporting
  • Liaise with legal, procurement, and delivery teams to manage contract risk
  • Maintain clear documentation and support tender evaluations as required

This individual will work alongside highly experienced commercial professionals and delivery partners, gaining exposure to legal, procurement, and financial teams across local and international frameworks.

Requirements:
  • 3–6 years' experience in contracts administration or commercial project support
  • Background in civil infrastructure, transport, or utilities preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of construction contracts
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Effective communicator able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with financial or project systems (e.g., Cheops, Jobpac, Excel)
