  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leading a team of professionals and overseeing projects from start to finish.
  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including personnel, plant, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and resources.
  • Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful completion of projects within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Talent Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery or team performance.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with company quality, OHS, and environmental policies and procedures, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record of success as a site manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Certifications: Current mandatory certifications to work as a supervisor, such as a Cert IV in Construction Supervision or equivalent.
  • Education: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
