We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead engineering activities on-site in Darwin, ensuring smooth operations and successful delivery of engineering projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and controlling engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, including scoping, design review, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex engineering projects.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, leading multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
