Job Overview:
We have a new opportunity for a skilled Presentational Asset Manager to improve the presentation of our Engineering and Asset Management team.
The purpose of this role is to assist Asset Managers in enhancing the presentation of the Melbourne Airport precinct. This position will be part of a larger team, working closely with Aviation, Design Architects, and Safety on presentation improvement initiatives.
- Undertake audits within Terminals and landside to identify improvements for passenger experience regarding asset presentation.
- Support Asset Managers in completing audits for quality of scope delivery and in delivery of estate management.
- Support the Melbourne Airport Facilities Manager in identifying presentation items in the Melbourne Airport Business Park.
- Identify safety hazards, report, and close them out.
- Provide support to Asset Managers in managing Cleaning and Estate Management.
- Review service delivery requirements and complete audits based on completion of scope to standards.
- Identify contractual non-conformances to Asset Managers for review.
