We are an innovative provider of NDIS and Aged Care services across the South Coast. Our support workers deliver exceptional care to a range of fantastic clients and participants in various towns within the Shoalhaven region.

Our team is seeking Casual Support Workers to assist with the provision of high-quality care. The successful support worker will have the option of building their client-base as more clients/participants onboard.

Main responsibilities and activities include:

  • Assistance with care in the home (bathing, toileting, mobility)
  • Getting out for social engagement, activities and attending appointments (own vehicle essential)
  • Assistance with household tasks (may include cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
  • Assistance with medications
  • Light administrative duties (record maintenance, reporting)

Experience with use of hoists and other manual handling equipment is highly regarded. Experience with supporting clients/participants who live with mental illnesses is also highly regarded.
