Senior Technical Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Success Manager to join our Customer Success team, supporting managed services partners in the APAC region.

Your primary goal will be to ensure our Managed Service Providers realize maximum value from our platforms and services by providing proactive guidance, embedding best practices, and acting as a trusted technical partner.

You will collaborate closely with MSP stakeholders, our Managed Service Provider team, and internal product and engineering functions to drive adoption, retention, and growth across managed services offerings.

Key Objectives:
  • Achieve MSP success through leading technical onboarding and managed service adoption programs.
  • Built strong relationships with MSP technical teams, aligning to their business model and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Maximize SaaS platform utilization and ensure managed services deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with the Commvault MSP team to support retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide product and service feedback to shape future SaaS, software, and MSP capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead MSP onboarding, guiding them through setup, configuration, and initial use cases.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to support successful MSP adoption.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with MSPs to discuss progress, address questions, and provide additional training as needed.
  • Collaborate with the MSP team to identify and address potential pain points and areas for improvement.

  • Expertise in SaaS, managed services, and solution adoption.
  • Strong technical skills and experience working with similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
