We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Malaga, WA.
- The ideal candidate will lead and support the customer service team in delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
This role involves leading a small customer service team to achieve excellence.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring orders, enquiries, and issues are managed efficiently.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the customer service team.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficient management of orders, enquiries, and issues.
- Being the go-to problem solver, helping customers, distributors, and internal teams find solutions.
- Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvements in processes and service delivery.
- Collaborating with sales, operations, and production to ensure our wholesalers get what they need, when they need it.
