Global Affiliate Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our affiliate team as a Global Affiliate Manager. This role will be responsible for managing an expanding network of affiliates, collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and liaising with internal departments to equip affiliates with the necessary tools and resources to attract new users.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and develop the affiliate network through cold outreach and negotiations with YouTubers, media, influencers, and other key partners
  • Manage key accounts by providing regular communication, analyzing performance, and offering recommendations for improvement
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns that focus on return on investment (ROI)
  • Develop reports using internal data to optimize overall affiliate channel performance and monitor competitor activity
  • Identify and mitigate potential fraud and manipulation within the affiliate channel

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably in the fintech or crypto space
  • Business development background is an asset
  • Understanding of the crypto industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage
