Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our sales strategy in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and sales strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Analyse sales data, develop call strategies, monitor market trends, and plan contract renewals.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain customer relations through regular contact, conduct reviews, and respond to queries.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create proposals and negotiate contracts while aligning with company goals.
- Coaching & Development: Resolve customer issues and foster a value-driven culture.
- Sales Administration: Manage customer data, participate in sales meetings, and provide team reports.
