Job Description

As a Business Analyst (Disability Data Systems) at Alfred Health, you will play a crucial role in developing a roadmap for improving our data systems. This involves working with stakeholders across Alfred Health and related third parties to define and document current state, future state opportunities, and software requirements. Your expertise in project methodology and change management within health will be essential in driving innovation and best practice in our disability data systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary degree and/or professional qualification(s) in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science or IT/healthcare related experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Health Informatics, with an interest in digital workflows, best practice, innovation, and clinical documentation
  • Knowledge of and/or experience undertaking business analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills in managing multiple stakeholders with the ability to facilitate, consult and gain consensus
