We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to deliver high quality care to patients undergoing complex cancer treatments and haematological therapies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide clinical skills and empathy to support patients and their families through challenging health journeys.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in patient care.
- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority.
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill as a Registered Nurse (including completion of a new graduate year or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communications written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
