Education Leadership Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development and delivery of vocational education programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RTO compliance, adult learning principles, and innovative program design.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing curriculum development, training needs analysis, and industry consultation. They will also manage student records and assessment services, including RPL processes and certificate issuance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with ASQA, AVETMISS, NCVER, and government standards
  • Coordinating assessment review, validation sessions, and audits
  • Managing student records and assessment services
  • Overseeing curriculum development and training needs analysis
  • Designing and implementing online learning modules

The role requires a high level of detail focus, proactive approach, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in RTO compliance and management, with strong knowledge of adult education principles and innovation in program development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • TAE50122 (Diploma of Vocational Education and Training)
  • Experience in VET compliance and audit preparation
  • Strong understanding of AVETMISS, ASQA, and funding requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in online learning design and delivery
  • Knowledge of principles of adult learning in online environments
