Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator role is a dynamic position that requires a high degree of organization and multitasking. As a key member of our facilities service team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across a busy and dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize maintenance requests in line with SLAs, identifying trends and reporting on KPIs.
  • Coordinate work orders and ensure contractor compliance and service delivery.
  • Support month-end reporting, risk registers, and facilities performance data.
  • Assist with workspace moves and general hands-on facilities tasks.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and client stakeholders.
  • Work as part of a large, collaborative team, taking initiative and stepping up where needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, or customer service roles.
  • Comfortable with hands-on facilities tasks (manual handling, small repairs, general support).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Background in carpentry or handy person services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability in SLA-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
