The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, influencing skills and experience in managing employee relations. They will be able to provide expert guidance on employment law and use HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and Implement People Strategies: Work with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Talent Development: Lead talent development, coaching, and career progression initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Organisational Design: Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure a skilled and adaptable workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management.
  • Diversity Equity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.

About You

">
  • Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business or related discipline (Master's preferred)
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, influencing skills, and experience in managing employee relations.
  • Expertise: Knowledge of employment law and experience using HR analytics tools.
  • Experience: Proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
