Holistic Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team.
This role involves providing holistic assessments, counseling services, and therapy interventions to individuals, couples, and families in need.
As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with clients, carers, and families to foster trust, coordinate care planning, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients, carers, and families to provide person-centered practice and appropriate treatment options.
- Contribute to clinical supervision and ongoing professional development through peer training activities.
- Travel within a 1-hour radius to service outreach clinics.
- A strong understanding of and capacity to undertake holistic assessments.
- Individual and/or group counseling experience, as well as the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical work against client outcomes.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide high-quality care.
- Effective interpersonal, observational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
