- Lead a team to deliver professional learning, events and resources.
- Manage student activities and support problem solving programs.
- Support governance and maintain compliance.
- Champion the association's reach and reputation.
- Drive membership growth and engagement.
- Strategic Direction: Develop and execute the strategic plan to drive mathematics education forward.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies and the wider education sector.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team to deliver professional learning, events and resources.
- Program Management: Manage student activities and support problem solving programs.
- Governance: Support governance and maintain compliance.
- Reputation and Growth: Champion the association's reach and reputation, and drive membership growth and engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in education.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of membership-based organisations and governance.
- Passion for inclusive mathematics education.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Strong team building and leadership skills.
- Able to build genuine relationships with stakeholders.
