Join us at Retail FX as a Head Office Bookkeeper and take advantage of this exciting opportunity to work on-site in a stunning head office, reporting directly to the finance manager and collaborating with a team of four in the finance department.

About The Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports (P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management)
  • Handling multi-currency transactions and reconciliations
  • Managing payroll using Xero
  • Utilising Excel, Microsoft GP Dynamics, Shopify, and Business Central for financial reporting and data analysis
  • Maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting audit
  • Identifying and resolving financial discrepancies with strong problem-solving skills

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Strong knowledge of Xero, Excel, Microsoft GP Dynamics, Shopify, and Business Central
  • Multi-currency experience is essential
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams.
