Avisure Services Ltd is a leading consulting business in the aviation industry, specializing in wildlife management for over 30 years. Our team delivers quality services to aircraft operators, regulators, and airports worldwide.
With offices based in the Gold Coast and Adelaide, we operate across various states in Australia. This diverse role involves supporting a team of consultants with project administration, finance, systems, and IT tasks.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent book-keeping skills and experience in project administration. The successful candidate will be proficient in working with tight deadlines and have strong people skills.
About the RoleThis full-time position is based in our Burleigh Heads office, reporting to the Commercial Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Finance: Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll tasks.
- Project Administration: Manage project setup, report preparation, branding, monthly billings, and documentation. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Office Administration: Provide administrative support for office tasks, coordinating meetings and supplies. Regular attendance at the Burleigh Heads office (3-4 days per week) is required.
- Integrated Management System: Coordinate ongoing accreditation for ISOs 9001, 14001, and 45001, including documentation, monitoring, inspections, and internal audits. Streamline existing processes.
- HR: Assist with general administrative HR tasks.
- IT: Liaise with our external IT consultant to manage company IT needs, coordinate security, and device management.
- Certificate in Business Administration or Bookkeeping or other relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in finance, specifically accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Experience as a Project Administrator with project-based Enterprise Resource Planning software for professional services.
- Experience with Integrated Management Systems.
- General exposure to IT administrative tasks.
- Proven intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using Sharepoint.
- Strong organizational, detailed, and time-management skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Highly regarded is experience with office AI applications or the ability to rapidly gain experience.
