Role Overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our friendly and vibrant team on the Central Coast. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for our pet owners and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including digital phone systems, to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Greet clients warmly and coordinate waiting room operations to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage high-volume calls and emails efficiently, responding promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate and book appointments over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimal delays.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and our clinical team, communicating effectively to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, EFTPOS, and other payment methods.
  • Request results, samples, and documents from third-party providers, facilitating timely and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume reception or administration role, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively, even in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrate an empathetic yet resilient attitude, handling challenging situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and colleagues alike.
  • A strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously when required and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Possess a genuine passion for animals and delivering outstanding customer service.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
