Liquor Connoisseur

We're seeking an enthusiastic Liquor Connoisseur to join our Coles team as a Customer Experience Specialist.

As a knowledgeable and passionate individual, you'll be able to share your expertise with customers and provide exceptional service.

• Provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
• Engage with customers and answer their queries about local and imported beers, wines, and spirits.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Be on your feet for long periods and lift moderate to heavy loads up to 17kg.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of local and imported beers, wines, and spirits.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,600 - $52,500 per annum, based on a 38-hour week.
